planted her vineyard in 2006 and started making wine as an amateur winemaker
with purchased grapes. The first wine produced from the vineyards was in 2009.
In 2010 Coyote Oaks Vineyards became an award winning bonded
winery. This wine tasting workshop is perfect for anyone who’s even remotely interested in wine and is great for both novice and expert wine tasters.
As guest of our group, Karen Sherman will give you an opportunity to try her wines first hand and get familiar with all the different tastes. You also will be invited to a post cruise private afternoon party at her Vineyard in Fallbrook, California.
